They have a freezer room where you go in to watch a great video on the Ice Age. There is an exceptional large and detailed "Grand Canyon" exhibit which is very interesting. Plan on spending some time doing this because there are a lot of them and they are extremely informative. Every few feet you come to a kiosk screen where you can select the information you want to read. The displays contain a lot of animation and everything is very professionally done. He then takes you into the next hallway of the museum and you begin seeing the many displays. Plus there is a volunteer there to elaborate and answer questions. We started with a show in the planetarium and it was quite well done and very interesting. Once you enter, you go to the ticket counter where there are several very friendly agents to help you select the ticket package you want. I'm not sure why they designed it that way, but it is inconvenient and not a pleasant walk in the freezing rain.
